He built his career in international finance, with roles at JPMorgan, Barclays and HSBC spanning trade finance, working capital and transaction services. This work required a constant connection between strategy, risk management, operational constraints and coordination across functions.
This experience shaped a practitioner’s conviction: the quality of a proposal depends as much on the conditions required for successful implementation as on the quality of its design.
